How do I register with PlayAt?

What are the benefits of registering on the site?

By registering, you get access to your booking history on the site. You can also opt to get information on special offers.

Will my personal information be disclosed to anyone?

PlayAt do not disclose any of your personal information to anyone. We would use your personal information only to provide you a better service

When does advance slot booking open on PlayAt?

Commencement of booking depends entirely on sports business owner's planning. Whenever the sports business opens the slots for advance booking, the slots are automatically made available on Playaat.com and PlayAt Mobile Apps

Do you charge extra fees for a booking?

PlayAt does not charge any extra rupee other that booking price with service tax. We don’t charge any Internet handling charges as well

How many slots can I book in one transaction?

You are allowed to book multiple slots per transaction for each day or across multiple days. The maximum quantity of slots available depends on the availability of Slots

Is there a cut off time for booking slots?

No there is no cut-off time for booking but there is cut off time for cancellations of bookings

How can I confirm whether my tickets have been booked?

As soon as your slots booking is confirmed, a confirmation e-mail and Notification containing your booking details is sent across to the contact details entered while booking. In case you have not received the confirmation e-mail/Notification, please reach out to us at contact@playat.in

What do I carry while visiting the sports academy to play the slots booked online?

Please make sure you show confirmation Notification/Booking History or confirmation email while entering the sports facility. Please make sure you carry your valid photo ID proof.

Can you check if my booking is confirmed?

If you are a registered user, please login with your username and password. Then, check the Booking History section to see the list of all bookings.

Can we cancel/replace/change our booking slots?

Slots can be cancelled and refunds will be processed based on the venue's refund policy.

How do I book slots in bulk?

We arrive late, prior to the scheduled timing. Will we be granted an extra time or refund?

We are afraid so. There won't be any extra time provided. Further each academy has its own cancellation policy. It would be best to arrive to the facility on time.
